All team members are regularly trained in accredited service centers of work platform manufacturers and suppliers, both domestically and abroad. We know that only highly skilled maintenance and professional service action provide our customers with the assurance of reliable operation of all of our platforms and so they can totally concentrate on their work.
Our thorough care is always here, of course. Each platform undergoes maintenance checks before and after the rental. At the same time, all our platforms go through statutory annual in-depth review of all key components. All information on corrections and revisions are recorded in our main service center. Copies of revisions are stored in each platform. For long-term lease we ensure maintenance of platforms at the customer directly.
When renting a platform we provide 24/7 technical support, where in case of failure we first remotely diagnose and subsequently we do our best to correct a failure. If the problem persists, our service personnel come to the site. In the case of a continuing problem, we provide the customer with substitutes in order to continue their work.
For repairs we essentially use original spare parts and service procedures recommended by the working platform manufacturer.
